Hands down the worst “firewood” I’ve ever purchased. I purchased three bundles from my local Tom Thumb grocery store here in Dallas and it’ll be the last time. I’ll stick to Home Depot moving forward. Doesn’t matter what you try, they won’t stay lit and burn.

They delivered a full cord of firewood that wouldn't burn. When I called about the issue they blamed it on their workers saying they brought me wood for bbq smoking by accident (they have multiple negative reviews pertaining to improperly cured wood, not an accident. More likely they choose to sell it before it's cured due to lack of inventory). They refused to replace or refund. This was my 3rd season to buy from them. No regard for customer loyalty/retention. No accountability for bringing unusuable wood. I've had a headache all this week due to smoke bleeding into the living room because it won't burn properly. Avoid this company!
