All around quality service! I made an easy drop off on Wednesday morning, explained the situation (roller wasn't working on our Shark Vacuum) and Steve Black gave me a call back on Saturday morning quoting me $40 for roller replacement and I picked up that morning. Steve Black, the owner, helped me out with drop off and pick up and he was friendly, kind, humorous and straight to the point. You can tell this family business has been operating with the same quality top-notch service since they opened in 1989. 10/10 will recommend them to everyone!!!!

I have purchased several different vacuums from this place (commercial cleaning) and no matter who is working you get the same phenomenal customer experience. I cannot say enough positive things about this place, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and they all know how to put a smile on your face. It's no wonder they have been in business for so long.
