Zoey enjoyed day camp and came home tired! So she got all her energy out! Everyone is very nice there and takes good care of our baby!

This place appears to be the perfect spot to leave your pet, but looks can be deceiving! We’ve left our precious puppy here a total of three times, and each time there’s always been an issue. I always have to call to ask for pictures for the TLC time that we pay extra for. The last time was last week while we were in Mexico, and I asked one of the employees how do we know that he is getting the 30 minutes TLC that we paid for and why aren’t the pictures timestamp? Her response was you just have to take our word for it. Really? The manager Natasha called me this morning and had the audacity to tell me oh you think that we’re being dishonest you cannot come back anymore, my response to her was I would not come back anyway, because each time there’s always an issue. Not to mention they charge me for an extra TLC time that I did not ask for! My point is if you cannot show me time stamp 30 minutes that we paid for our puppy, and why get angry because I question you? I don’t trust them to take care of my puppy! We will gladly part ways and never return to this place. My advice to you if you decide to use this place do not question anything because apparently they don’t like to answer them!

Hi there! Our Royal Pet Resort & Spa offers camera access to almost every area that your dog would be in. You are more than welcome to schedule a tour of the facility to meet some staff members that would help take care of your pet. You are able to easily message the staff with questions while you're away, and you can monitor as you'd like through the camera system.
