I wasn’t happy with the service & canceled in August but have been charged twice, talked to numerous agents and still have not been refunded or had the service canceled. Very dissatisfied that it is so difficult to cancel once you set up service with them. I highly recommend not setting up auto pay with this auto pay , they will not stop charging you.

I originally contacted Barrett pest control for a possible bed bug scare. My service provider Bill Curfman provided a thorough inspection of my home. He spent entirely more time than most would, educating me about everything I would need to know regards to signs and possible issues. It honestly felt incredibly relieving knowing that somebody came into my home and provided an accurate inspection and extremely educated advice rather than just trying to sell me a product. In my opinion, Bill is an asset to this company And because of him I would use this company again for services regarding any sort of pest control needed.
