I paid $575.10 for this company to fix my stereo. It only worked for about 10minutes. Now they are giving me the run around! I would give them less that one star if I could.

Paid them over $700 to sound deaden my doors and install 2 amplifiers. Mono block amplifier is clipping bad, turns out they used a JL audio kit that has a 60 amp fuse on it and too small of a wire, not even close to what is needed as the amplifiers are rated for 125 amps combined. Owner refused to run new wiring and wanted to charge me again for wiring and run them again. Blamed it on me saying thats what i requested and you dont know the fuse rating of the amplifiers, really? ITS ON THE BOX. The package of the wiring that was installed doesnt even state it is 4 gauge as the owner is claiming, nor does it say it on the wiring, it looks like low quality 6 gauge wiring. Youre the professional agreeing to install customer supplied amplifiers and subwoofers. I asked for $200 back of the $700 i paid to take it to another shop to get it fixed properly to which he responded "200 dollars my a**". Sound deadening job was pathetic, nothing around the speakers just on the inside of the doors behind the glass, good for helping with road noise, pointless for car audio, see attached pictures. The fact remains that the incorrect wiring was used on my vehicle and he would not make it right. I have had 4 vehicles done at this shop and will never return, I have also recommended this shop to countless people. Sad that an owner is willing to lose loyal customers over something so small. *edit* attached is a picture of the receipt of what was installed in my vehicle, FIVE GAUGE WIRING, NOT FOUR GAUGE AS REQUESTED. It is not about the money, it's about taking care of your repeat customers. I didn't even bother going back, already paid another shop to make it right.

My 1990 454SS needed an updated alarm and door popper system. Mike was gracious enough to see me on a Saturday, did any amazing job taking care of my vehicle and put the alarm in with the care and attention I was told he and his team provided. Will definitely be back for more work from Mike.

THANK YOU!!! I have to give a positive shout out to Paul. After losing thousands of dollars to another shop I came in looking for help. And Paul was awesome in fixing my setup and getting me what I was looking for. His customer service was excellent. I called more than a few times with questions and he was always patient to help and explain things. I am so pleased with not only the recommendations he made but the professionalism of the install. I can’t tell it’s not factory direct and it sounds amazing. Thank you Paul for fixing the mess another shop made. I appreciate your honesty, knowledge, and friendly customer service. I look forward to taking my stereo to the next level. 😉 Thanx Again!! Update: it’s been over a year since the install/upgrade/fix and the stereo still sounds amazing…better than day I picked it up. I really have to give a big ‘Thanx!’ To Paul. He was spot on in the advice he gave and the finished product still sounds amazing. If I ever need more work I’m definitely giving Paul a call. Thanx again Paul.
