Good customer service but the wait for the food is way too long

We stopped in for an early lunch as we were waiting on an appointment close by. The website and the signs at the restaurant say they open at 10:45. At 10:52 when a staff member was outside we asked when they open, she said 11. When I stated the time difference I was not acknowledged. We left. You need to fix your time.

Today I was disappointed in this place, slow service, the appetizer with dinner. We had to cancel 1 order. I hope I can forget it and return to others like before.
