These people never answer the phone for it being a mental health office they seem not to really care about their clients and I’m just talking about the front the people in the back that are therapist actually wants to help but they probably lose a lot of patients because of their front staff . Every time I need help I had to physically drive over here not pleasant .. Every-time I walk in the back lady “office manager “ is just talking to lady’s from the back and when she does help she so to the point and dry it really heightens my anxiety .. then the lady in front doesn’t know much and always looks back to the “office manager “ that I feel is not great at all.also VERY unorganized .
