Terrible rooms Need to be updated . Back up sink and they never came to check it out. Was planning to stay 3 night. Thanks to our company they moved us fast. Terrible service . Glad is was many other hotels in the area.

Was a good place to stay. How ever & I realize there trying to remodel but door to hall safety latch could tell was broken in & not fix. The one chair in the room was so dirty & filthy we didn't even sit in or set anything on.

I stayed at the Amber Inn on 06/05/2021. Although the room was clean and nice the reason for the poor review is I was charged twice for the room and the hotel has not reimbursed me for their mistake. I actually booked the room for 06/04/2021 online through the hotels website. Unfortunately I had a death in my family that delayed my trip by a day. I called on 06/02/2021 at 6:58 AM to cancel my booking for 06/04/2021 and book 06/05/2021. However when I checked my bank statement I noticed I was charged for both nights. I called the hotel and spoke with someone and he said I was a "No call, No Show" for the first night (6/4) and that is why I was charged for that night. I explained I had called on 6/2 and cancelled that night and booked the following. He said "NO! You no call no show" I asked if I didn't call how was it you had me booked for the following night? When I only booked one night online. He said you called and booked 2nd night. I said no I called and cancelled the night of the 4th and booked the 5th. He said Ok he would have the manager look into and call me. I never received a call. A week later I called and spoke to a woman and she understood and said she would talk to the manager and my credit card would be credited and I would see the credit in 1 - 2 weeks. Needless to say I still have not seen the credit 3 weeks later. I'm hoping with this review maybe I will get my credit. If so I will change my review once received.
