I broke my favorite pair of eyeglasses and needed to get them repaired. After several months, I started the search to find a local eyeglasses repair company. I found a gem All American Eyeglasses Repair! I sent a picture of my broken glasses to the company and Trevor responded the same day. He identified the issue, offered a solution, estimated time frame to complete the repairs, and the estimated cost. He also gave me the option of in-person or by mail. I choose the mail option. Immediately after receiving my eyeglasses, Trevor contacted me to confirm the costs, and gathered other information. To my surprise, he contacted me 30-40 minutes later to let me know my glasses were ready! Wow! I have experienced good customer service, BUT, this company EXCEEDED my expectations! I highly recommend All American Eye Glass repair. On more than one occasion these Gentleman really help me out. I had broken my both glasses in one day.
