Positive: Was right in the middle of town close to all the businesses. Very friendly staff. Negative: Room was kind of dirty. Chair had burn holes in it. One as big as a quarter size. Smelled like smoke and was a non smoker room. Towels were thin and well worn. Bed sheets had stains on them but looked clean enough.

Super 8 Norfolk Nebraska $70.00 a night 🌙 Non smoking building that smells badly of cigarettes 🚬 I think that was blood on the wall or possibly spit with some blood in it 🤔 Pretty sure the hair dryer doesn't work but I didn't want to disturb the long collected dust and dirt on the top of it 😄 Very thin sheets with a cigarette burn in them. Complimentary puke on the bed skirt or so I think it was or maybe some sort of bodily fluid Maybe mold on that shower curtain it was black in color and some hair in shower 🚿 Frosted window effect so you don't have to worry about people looking in and you can't see out to babysit your car that may or may not have people looking in you vehicle windows. 🤯 The toilet needed some repair and when you did sit on it you would lean to the right 🤪. BUT to leave on a positive note we had a safe, iron & ironing board, microwave. refrigerator, TV, coffee pot and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Complimentary breakfast but each time I got there there wasn't much left 😞. Our vehicle did not get broken into and we did not get bed bugs bites 🤩🤩

Positive: Nothing. Smelled. Bathroom was dirty. Was freezing cold in the rooms. Rude staff. Negative: Front desk personnel was lazy and didn't seem to care about our concerns. Our "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke we asked for a new one. He told us we could talk to his manager in morning. Finally gave a new room, smelt better but was dirty and cold.

Front Desk

I stayed for 2 nights!!! It looks awful from the outside the room was small but newer carpet and furniture! the bed wasn't awful . King bed with very small pillows. Towels were not restocked for second night stay had to go to front to get more they are never at front desk and you have to call from front desk to get any type of service. Took over 10 min to get towels. Than i left my yeti mug and phone charger there and they are saying they do not have it. i know exactly where i left it and all! they are thief's and not recommended to stay here!! Horrible experience and horrid customer service. They need to do upkeep in rooms as when I used the restroom the fan was dripping water on me! absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
