If only I could give less than 1 star, this is the worst place for Mental Health. The counseling and Psychiatry department are a mess!! First of all the call center takes more than 15 minutes to answer an if you leave a message they never return your call. Very rude staff, unorganized and Secondly the Providers/counselors DO NOT CARE for their patients! Even the environment as an employee/worker in this facility is the worst. Please run away!

Can I give them a negative score? They didn't verify my insurance correctly and charged me for a visit when I shouldn't have been. I have been fighting with them for 6 weeks to get my refund. No one does what they say they'll do or call you back. DO NOT GO HERE
