Third attempt at a delivery failed today. Been working on trying to get the appliance for months. No call before, they just show up. So missed opportunities left and right. In this case they didn’t even have our correct phone number, but employee still argued that they had called first when I asked why they hadn’t. They do not text because they “aren’t able to” even though they know no one answers strange numbers. First two deliveries failed because they broke the appliance in the first and on the second refused to install because it would take too long. Came a third time and told me the same as the second. Employee told me “he doesn’t have a supervisor, he is the supervisor” then told me he has “a boss”. Would not give me contact for the boss so we could figure out how to deal with this. Told me it was my problem. Asked him to leave the appliance. He said it was his until I signed off on it, which I said I was willing to do, but they wouldn’t let me citing I was being argumentative. Called to get info on new delivery date. Was promised a call back. Didn’t receive one. Would not let me speak to supervisor, whose name they wouldn’t share. Have no idea how or when I am getting the appliance that I paid thousands for months ago but “belongs to them until i sign for it. … which they wouldn’t let me do. This company is what is wrong with how the world works right now. No one cares at all. If they give you the bare minimum it’s a favor. If you don’t like it, it’s your problem. Avoid at all costs.

ZERO STARS. The delivery team was supposed to install a new dishwasher but the driver didnt know how to use the water shutoff valve. How is that even possible? They left, stating the shut off valve under our sink was faulty, which was entirely untrue. This is a brand new home and I was able to use the shutoff valve just fine. The installer either didnt know how to use the valve or didnt want to do the work. I tried contacting Ritchie Trucking customer service and they are refusing to come back to install the machine. This company was contracted by GE and I am currently doing everything I can to ensure the contract is ended. These people clearly do not care about their job or the level of service they provide.

Terrible! There’s been two weeks since I order my wash tower, they said it was going to be delivered today, but they just called me saying they’ll be unable to do it until two more weeks. I got rid of my old set of washer and dryer because they were supposed to be here today, but now I won’t be able to do laundry until they decide it is a convenient time for them to deliver my item. They don’t work with the customer. They don’t care about our inconvenience. They only care about their own. I had to get the day off today in order to be home for them to deliver my wash tower. I can’t be getting days off just to be here when they decide it is a good time for them to deliver. Terrible company! Now I know why they have so many bad reviews! They are aware but still don’t care!

Hello Leneta, unfortunately we do not provide these types of services. The "home deliveries" we perform are for installations of appliances purchased from a store and only in CA & OR at this time.
