I have shopped at Jackson Nursery for decades. I was willing to pay the higher prices, because of the customer service. After this experience, I will never shop with them again. I bought a new Christmas tree from Jackson's that has a partial section of lights that does not work. It is a brand new tree that has never been taken out of the box and costs around $1,000. I have 30 guests coming in ten days and Cat, the manager over Christmas, told me that Jackson's does not support returns or helps with faulty Christmas trees. She stated that I had to contact the manufacturer. I called the 1-800 number for the manufacturer which went to a personal voice mail. I called Jackson's again and told them the number goes to a personal voice mail. Cat's answer was to leave a voice mail and wait for them to call me back. After some discussion, she gave me another number to call. This really incites me in that I spent around $1,000 for a new product that absolutely is faulty and Jackson's has zero accountability and expects me to take off work, take the tree apart, drive it to the manufacturer or mail it to them. After talking to the manufacturer, they explained they are not taking in trees needing repair until January. Once again, Jackson's did not care and told me to follow the procedures provided by the manufacturer. This means that my Christmas will be either with no tree, or a faulty one. Unbelievable! The saying of 'Let the Buyer Beware' is 100% correct regarding Jackson Nursery.

I love Jackson’s nursery! I once bought an artificial tree after Christmas on sale. When I got it out to decorate it the following Christmas the lights didn’t work on half the tree. They were kind enough to fix it for me free of charge!! The employees are very friendly and customer service oriented!

I can always count on finding plants, gifts and bbq items at Jackson’s Home and Garden! My patio planter always gets something new when I visit- which makes for a beautiful and full focal point!

Our aim is to always make our customers feel at home! With the removal of the mandate, we have asked our employees to follow the lead of our customers in regard to masks and additional spacing.
