This place has the worst customer service ever. Monday Sep 12th @ 5:10 PM was when I went to Parkview Court Apartment in Yeadon. The lady there didn't want to work. You can tell. Knock on the door, no answer until I banged on the door. Still no one came to open the door. I had to open the door myself. I opened & she told me they close at 5 PM even though it says 6 PM on the door and online. So why is the door still open if you were close. Then change the time online & on the door so that people knows. She told me to come back in November w/o even showing interest in wanting me to get their apartment. I could have gotten a place before November. She didn't give me a business card or ask to come back and show me around or try to sell tha apartment by any means necessary. She was rude. She didn't let me in and yet she's telling me I'm suppose to be wearing a mask but she herself was not wearing one. And Pennsylvania law does not require you to wear a mask in public place. Not even in theairport. And I do wear mask all the time. I'm definitely not getting an apartment over there. This is the second time around. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." There was also a lady that came to drop of documents and she didn't even collect it from her. Even though, the lady was told to stop by & drop off her documents. What a joke! I guess this is the reason y'all reviews are 1 out of 5. SMDH.

Renee has to be the worst employee who works for Parkview. Her attitude is horrible and she is ALWAYS rude. May and Turquoise are great! They try to help with a problem as best as they can. With a great attitude. Renee on the other hand clearly hates her job. This is not a place you wanna live. Because unfortunately u have to work with her a lot. She hates the residents and hates her job. Maintenance does not communicate with the office so they are never on the same page. They say the complex has a pool and it does but half the summer it’s closed and they give a bunch of different excuses as to why it’s closed. It’s just not the best place to reside.

They stole the processing from us too despite being well over their requirements. No one, absolutely no one should try moving in until it's under new management.
