Everytime we come the wait time has been extremely long. Whether it be for a well check or just a follow up or vaccines. The wait time has been over 45 minutes. I understand that there are situations where other patients need the extra time and attention but this should not be the norm. Dr. Julie T is kind and very caring however there has been numerous times I found the rest of the medical staff such as the MAs very dismissive and short. Xena is great though, at the front desk though. In general, I would rather find a different practice just because as a parent I did not feel that we were being listeheard and appreciated.
