No they don't . You can apply for a marriage license there & find someone that can marry you . My wife found a lady in Woodbine, Ga. that married us . You can pay her $50.00 to basically sign the license & or you can pay her $100.00 to do the ceremony & she will take a few pics & email them to you ... Hope this helps , cause most judges will not marry ppl anymore due to same gender marriages ,cause most judges don't want to do them & so to keep from anyone saying they're discriminating they don't do marriages ...
