They don't know what they're doing! Took me almost a year to get them to change to my now married name! Have since messed up my snap benefits and cant get anyone to call me back! Had to call Atlanta to get it straightened out!

Best thing to do is go into the office. Their open Tuesday, thru Thursday. Closed Monday and Friday. It's terrible trying to reach them by phone. Sorry. By the front desk lady is very sweet and helpful.

Do they ever answer the phone? Been calling for 3 weeks, I live in Ben Hill county, and they haven't answered not one time nor have they returned my calls
