My child was a patient here since he was born (13 months.) In the beginning when it was a smaller practice it was great. Now that they have expanded and gotten more people there is a lot of confusion and not so great customer service. You literally have to call 10 times to get someone to pick up the phone. On multiple occasions I’ve been told one thing by one person then something different by another. Today, I was told that they do walk-in sick visits from 5p-6p. Got there at 5:30 and was told the doctor wouldn’t see my sick child who had multiple symptoms which I informed them of and they still turned us away. I was very disheartening by the situation as a mother to have to watch my child suffer and not get help from his pediatrician office. I have decided to take my child somewhere else from now on.
