I went there around 12 PM due to my sister’s cough and told us to come back at 2:30 PM. We went there at 2:30, but didn’t go in until 4 PM. I think they need either more resources or need a better predictive tool for timing. It was a bad experience due to the long wait.

Definitely avoid this place. Inside was totally empty and they reached max capacity. No answer when calling.

I’ve been here twice and both of my experiences were better than expected. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous, I was seen in a timely manner and the place were cleaned and sanitized. I don’t understand why other patient gave only 1 star.
