Should you receive damage that is not repairable such as a long crack or significant damage in the driver’s view area, we will replace the windshield at no cost to you for the glass material. Depending upon the type of coverage you purchase at the time of original install, you may be responsible for the cost of labor, adhesive, and moldings.

Unfortunately, tempered safety glass, by design, cannot be cut. It is designed to break into small pieces when cut or broken to reduce the risk of significant injuries to the person breaking it. Yes! We do replace rollers if needed. Of course, we try to clean the tracks and rollers and adjust first. If that does not work, we will discuss replacing the rollers for you.

Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects.
