Not sure why I gave them another chance. The first time I took my 5 yr old son to the office in Dempster. They didn't have the equipment to measure his refraction (which should be at EVERY basic optometry office) so we had to wait a couple weeks to be seen again at the northbrook office which took another couple hours. We went again this yr and since our appt I've tried to get an electronic copy of my kids' prescriptions and no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. I called the Dempster office to have it sent and they said they would send it but I never received the prescription. Never had so much trouble w any other office before.

For the most part this is a phenomenal practice. My wife and I go here for our optometry needs and they also have an incredible ophthalmologist on hand for more complicated matters, and they are able to get you in rather quickly for urgent issues. We are very happy with this practice. The only con with this practice is the front desk employee Jessica, who was so very rude and clearly does not only not want to help people but wants to make things more difficult for customers. I was dismayed at how rude and condescending she was on the phone. Besides this, no qualms with this practice.
