Dr Zelinsky is one of the most important people in my Life, literally!!! She is the reason I now see single, after seeing double for 2.5 years after a severe-TBI. I am eternally Grateful for the work Dr Z does.

Unfortunately I took the time to do the assessment and got my hopes up that this group could help me and they have not even called me back they didn’t send me any results and have not responded to my text messages. So very disappointing!!! I guess I keep searching for help and someone that cares

I sustained a concussion in May 2021, I had tried vision therapy, exposure, and even a complete anti-inflammatory diet. At this point I was desperate. So I flew to IL to see Dr Myers. After 2.5 weeks of wearing my brainwear, I can tell my body is less in 'fight or flight' mode and my brain fog and vision issues have reduced nearly 50%.

It's a little change, but it was so worth the money for me. These glasses help get rid of headaches and help with my sensitivity to sound. They were very expensive, but at that up to equal all the painkillers you use for headaches and it comes even. Thank you, mind eye. (It took me several months to notice the good I was getting, but I'm 100% sure these glasses help me)

Questions & Answers

Does any insurance plans cover this service?

Yes some insurance plans do cover this service - depending on your insurance. We do accept Medicare, HSA cards and Flex Cards, however we do not bill to insurance directly. After your appointment, you will receive an itemized invoice with the procedure and diagnosis codes necessary for insurance companies. We suggest trying to get pre-approval from your insurance companies. Sometimes they have forms for the patient and doctor to fill out. If you would like to call your insurance, we can provide you with some potential procedure codes to see if maybe you are covered.

Do they deal with the fight or flight with dissacoiation

I believe they can. I recommend calling and talking to the patient representative. They were really helpful when I was deciding if I should go.
