First checked in put us in a room that wasn't cleaned at all, the new room they put us in there was food in my suppose to be clean bed, i took it down to the front desk and they didnt csre. Thd guy at counter was rude and he really didn't care about anything, i was then told i had to pay for my servrce dog, which is a NO. then the fire alarm went off at 4,:44am for no reason,, FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. Very very bad experience and very not clean rooms management should have refunded our room or made it right some other way!

This has to be the nicest hotel in the Wyndham chain that I have stayed at. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. The young man at the desk met us with a smile and made sure check in was quick and easy and we each got a fresh cookie. Although the king room was not real big it was roomy enough for the two of us. The room and furnishings appear to be nearly new. The bed was very comfortable and the HVAC worked as it should. The bathroom was spotless and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Breakfast was better than what I have been used because of covid. There was plenty of fresh coffee, scrambled eggs and ham, along with a waffle maker. There was a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt and cereal too. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I didn't get to the pool but I did see people enjoying it. This hotel will be put into my Wyndham favorites list.

I needed to stay in Bemidji for work. When I got to the motel the was a booking snafu( caused by my employer, not the motel). The people at the desk did a terrific job of straightening it out without showing any frustration. It was a long day I really appreciated it. Nice clean quiet smoke free room. Okay free breakfast in the morning.
