My husband and I decided to give this place a try. And I am so happy we did the staff is very friendly and the food was delicious!! I ordered an enchilada (not sure what it is called.) It came with shredded chicken, green sauce, beans, and a flavored rice that was really good. My husband ordered a mixture of enchiladas and tacos that also came with beans and rice. He does not usually like Mexican style rice, but he said it was really good. And if you are looking for a good taco, I would say they have the best in town!!

The new owners and management are amazing!! The place has totally turned around from what it was. The drink menu has great specialty margaritas as well as traditional. But the handcrafted specialty margaritas made by Vito are the best!! Vito is responsible for the new drink menu and there amazing!! I love Mexican food so I try as many different restaurants as I can. My favorite dish is a seafood or shrimp enchilada. These are easily the best I've eaten!! Wilbur, Vito and the rest of the team at Mi Rancho have created in my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in Minnesota! Give them a try you won't be disappointed!!

I come from San Diego so I came into this restaurant with a pretty low bar considering how far away from the southern border we are and let me tell you; I was completely blown away. The food here is fantastic and decently priced for the servings you get. I can be very picky with my Mexican food and this went above and beyond. The food tastes just like what I'd get back home. Also the service when we went was fantastic! They were on top of refills, including the chips and salsa. Food came out fast and hot. I've been to many places where the fajitas didn't come out sizzling but boy were they steaming when they hit our table! I can't wait to come out and visit again so I can stop by here! You won't regret it!
