I'm new to Itasca and went to visit the church when they had sacred relics for public viewing. Unfortunately, I had a very negative first-time experience, uncertain if the person I approached was a priest or someone watching over the relics. Since I was early, I politely asked if I could view them and he coldly and rudely responded, "Yes, but don't touch them!". I'm 65 years old and know better not to touch anything. I felt offended and unwelcomed. I literally walked out and haven't been back since.

I recently attended mass at St. Peters for the first time since Covid hit. I was disappointed that the sound system in the church is still as bad as it was when the new church opened. Nice church, nice people just don't expect to hear anything.
