It took 8 years for them to put my brother’s headstone down. This is after we had to prove to them that it was paid for. I don’t believe he is buried where they set the stone. My Mom passed last June of 2021, and was the first to be buried in the area where she was laid to rest. I paid for her headstone a month after, and was told that her headstone would be put down in November due to the pandemic. Why was her area full of graves and headstones within a couple of months???? After going back and forth with the office and sales person, Timothy Moore, I had to again provide proof of payment. He told me that he had no record. I had to literally curse him via text just to get a response. I was then told that her headstone would be put down in May 2022. It was, but not where she was buried. I’ll be contacting the news station to report Oak Hill Cemetary in Hillside, IL as the people working there don’t give a damn. Typical black ran business! I also noticed that they no longer even cut the grass!!!! It’s just terrible!!!! I’m sure that I was overcharged for the headstone, since I wasn’t provided with an itemized or detailed pamphlet regarding prices!!!

Workmanship is going DOWN!!!. It was better kept 19 years and counting. Maybe more help is needed, that's what I believe would help. Or Replacing Management. It's a shame!! Section one is right in front. Years ago this is why I decided to use Oakridge because of the beautiful landscaping.. There was never any trailer tires marks in the grass, Grass clipping all-over the Headstone and dead spots on grass of your love ones. What you do see another of is dandelions spider weeds all on top of the grave. It makes the cemetery look depressing like no one cares about the upkeep. when the family visits it disgusting. Now some areas out there especially when you drive in on Mannheim side The grass looks so very manicures, you can tell the time was taken no grass clippings no tracks in the grass no muddy dips in the grass. Why can't Oak Ridge Cemetery look manicure all over like it once was? I have other burial plots out there. I myself just want to know what happened, and what can be done to bring the beaut back to where I laid my love ones to rest. I will say this I hope to see some improvement this Spring and Summer. I will take what ever protocol is necessary for the cemetery to be uniform for ALL! THANK YOU OAKRIDGE FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS IN THIS IMPORTANT MATTER !

I am sorry to say, but we were very disappointed with our experience. My loved one had a plot bought many years ago here Several other family members have been buried here. After paying $2,000 for the opening of the grave and liner, there was no tent, chairs or turf laid down for our graveside service today. It was a frigid, windy January day. They had driven over a bush by a nearby family member's headstone in the preparation for the burial spot for that day. Never been to a graveside burial that poorly executed. Made a difficult day even worse.

They have terrible terrible customer service they take all your money then you get absolutely no response when questioned about your loved ones headstone people have been stealing flowers & monuments off my father and sisters grave it's a terrible cemetery
