Would give them 10 stars if possible. They took unbelievable care of my Mother. In addition, they were an incredible support system to our family as we navigated a difficult time. There wasn't a single person in the organization that wasn't kind, responsive, supportive, helpful and professional. There aren't enough words to sing their praises.

My was at Journey Care for a short time. This place needs more than five stares. The staff was honestly concerned about mom and our family as well. All that gave my mom care were like angels. They even cared for me. I will never forget the celebration of life ceremony . Alyssa was her nurse the day she passed and comforted me as if I were her sister, Journey is a beautiful place for a love one to be cared for. Thank you Robyn and Frank for calling to check on me. The entire staff went out of their way to take exceptional care of our mother as she was dying. They also took very good care of us. We were there virtually 24/7 for the week Mom was at JourneyCare, and everyone from the doctors to the CNAs to the custodial staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Everyone said it was an honor to care for our mother, and we believe they meant it, not just lip service.
