Good customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Trying hard to make your day better. Plus the piper person here clearly confused where she's at . Firstly nothing is out second there's no Walgreens even near here. Probably a disgruntled employee. Im sure he/she plus several other reviews here are fake accounts. The names look rhyming or fake. The store meets and exceeds in cleaning. The staff work hard.

Worst & most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever come across. First, they gave me the incorrect amount of a liquid medication for my NEWBORN. I noticed it didn’t seem like enough for what the doctor prescribed, so I called the pharmacy. Their response was essentially “oops, we did the math wrong.” Then, I show up to pick up the remaining medication & a prescription for myself. They said they never received my prescription. Called my doctor, who said he was looking at the screen & CVS received the prescription. Went back. The pharmacist said “Oh, yeah we did receive it. But we don’t contract with your insurance (BCBS) so we didn’t fill it.” ?????? It was a $16 prescription! And you unilaterally decide that without even asking me? Changing pharmacies immediately even if it means having to drive an extra 20 mins!

I’m not sure if anyone knows about the ‘lightbulb theory’ but I do. Basically this place looks like it is ready to go out of business. Every outside light fixture is either broke or has a burnt out bulb in it. The curb appeal is zero. Makes me want to go across the street to WalGreens because it is cleaner. That’s not really saying much either. I just feel like I’m going to step on a hypodermic needle in the CVS parking lot. It’s gross.

If there was a negative star - I would give it. I get that this pharmacy is extremely busy, but it is no reason for the Pharmacist to be rude and unhelpful every single time I go to get a prescription filled. I have never seen such terrible customer service - from not answering the phones to being short and just rude in general to customers .
