Contrary to some reviews l've read, time from check-in to being taken to exam room has been fairly quick, usually 5 to 10 minutes. And while the staff is often on the phone they appear to be handling patient related issues. I use this facility at least monthly for several years and find staff to be focused and helpful. RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately with these federally funded facilities, overcrowding and moderate quality healthcare is the norm. I've only been to this location once for family planning services. Wait times are high even if you arrive early for your appointment. Reception was helpful and didn't give me any problems. I wanted the depo shot but there is a truly bizarre procedure in place. For some odd reason they want YOU, the patient, to go and pick up the medication from a pharmacy, then return to the clinic so that they can administer the shot. I've never heard of a practice like this in my life, and I've been to my fair share of clinics. No explanation was given as to why they don't have the meds already in stock. This is clearly inconvenient for the patient and a better procedure should be implemented. I ended up going with a different birth control option. I'll also likely be pursuing care elsewhere.

I have to make another appointment because I was late by a minute and I got there 9:55 but they were attending other person in line and my appointment was at 10:00

Ultimately they give very bad service, they are wrong in the appointments of the results that are and of the time that 15 minutes before the appointment and one respects that but as of today it is already more than an hour here waiting for simply some results of studies of blood and ultra sound😡

Hello Sherian, thank you for your question. Yes, if you do not have an appointment and need to see a Provider, you have a few options. First, if you are a current patient, you may call for a same-day appointment. The call center opens at 7:00 a.m., ready to assist you. Each day, there are several appointments dedicated to same-day appointments. A second option is to walk-in to any of our locations and be seen by the first available Doctor. A walk-in patient is seen when someone does not show up for her/his scheduled appointment. If you choose this option, we will do everything possible to see you as soon as possible and before the Health Center closes. However, it is possible that you may not be able to see the Doctor today. Due to heavy schedule, we cannot predict or guarantee how long your wait will be.
