Went there for a wedding anniversary dinner. Chicken was bland no flavor. Green beans with almonds were barely blanched. Hard as a rock. Bartender was a joke. Couldn't even make a requested cocktail. I told her how to make it. Not impressed by this venue

I am the owner of Moving N Grooving DJs and had the pleasure of doing a wedding this past weekend at the Cotillion. This place is beautiful and the staff was fantastic to work with. George & Tom are great people to work with. As a vendor, this is extremely important to me. How I am treated by the venue owner/managers can set the tone for the entire day and event. These guys treated me and everyone working in the room that day with total respect and were very accommodating. These guys have a system down for getting food out to the guest very quick and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I can’t wait to do another event here and with Tom & George. Thanks for being awesome! I wish more venues shared in this mindset! Chris
