I lived in Rand Grove for almost 20 years and overall it was a good experience. Every where as ups and downs, even though management was changed several times, speaking from my experiences when I needed things done they were. George in the front office was always respectful, professional and just a good guy.

you can't get ahold of anyone we have spiders everywhere and the police basically live here. The washers and dryers i won't even use them. Halls are dirty. Its like a dirty dorm hall. George in the office is fabulous however.

Very bad experience ;( They don’t pay for jobs that was made there!!! I call on front desk many times and the manager said it’s management it’s changed and we need to found the old management to get paid;( That is absurd (
