Sorry, dogs are NOT allowed. I just posted a picture of the sign. But, there is a separate area just around the corner (entrance off of Milwaukee) that is specifically for dogs.

They offer bike cars. If you call them that. Its a canopy four seated bike where all four people pedal this bike like vehicle. Otherwise, I would call to see if they have single bicycles.

Yep! I actually just went today. They preserve itself opens at I believe 630am and closes at sunset. The cafe, beach, and boat rentals are open as well, although I don't believe they open as early.

No! You cannnot access the dog park or dog allowed public trails from independence grove. I tried and they turned me away. There are other access locations along the river trail to walk your dog, but they are not allowed in independence grove proper.
