Me and my husband went to see Elvis, such a great movie. However, the air was not turned on in that particular movie room. We were so hot that we were sweating. I look at the people next to me and they were waving their hands in front of their face to help cool themselves down. I left the movie to ask someone if they could turn the air on in the movie. I ended up with the manager. When I expressed my concerns about the air, all she had to say was that she knew there was a problem and that the air had not been working in that movie room all day. Mind you, she couldn’t have said this nice or in a calm manner but had to add the sass while saying it. This very much impacted my movie experience and is the worst movie experience that I have had. Me and my husband left the movie early because of how hot it was in that movie room. Very disappointed and not impressed.

Went to see Elvis today. Great movie however Theater 5 was having a major HVAC issue and so it was extremely hot! Several people left the theater during the movie to complain, including myself. On my way back into the theater I propped open the door from the hallway as it was nice and cool in the hallway. One of the staff members closed it. 🥵. After the movie we found the manager to let him know that it was hard to enjoy the movie with it being so hot… he gave excuses and barely gave an apology. It’ll be awhile before I go back there.

I would say the theater was okay overall, I loved the huge posters they had and the recliners were nice. However it was extremely dirty when my friends and I entered. Only 2 out of the 5 employees I spoke to were nice the others had an attitude. They had boxes just sitting on the front counters and a lot of the employees just standing around talking doing nothing. The only people actually working appeared to be the managers.

Great place to catch a movie. On site restaurant has some decent bar food. The chicken tenders are pretty tasty. All the seats are recliners, even the small theaters are nice and roomy.

Marcus Parkwood Cinema in Waite Park has free Wi-Fi, but it is pretty spotty. The only one that is available to guests is called: EchoStream (I don't remember if it's one word or two). When I was there last there was no password on it. It has been a while, you might have to sign in with an email address in order to access it.. mine just auto logs onto it when I arrive. If you ask the front desk they will tell you that the other Wi-Fi's available that require a password are actually for IT use only.

Yes, I go to 9:00 am movies alot and im there a half hour early. And theres usually already people there.
If I remember correctly, there is availability to cancel tickets right on the web site. Depending on which site you used and the time elapsed. Otherwise I agree calling is your best option.
