This is the second time I’ve walked out after waiting 10 plus minutes for the slow employees to keep the line moving. They show no motivation to increase their speed and honestly the quality of the food doesn’t warrant waiting a half hour to eat there

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered Carnitas, got chicken, or what was supposed to be chicken. It was really just a giant glob of hard chicken fat. Got white rice instead of brown rice and half of the lettuce is brown and rotten. 5 of us ordered and everyone's orders was wrong. You cant even get ahold of a real person when you call to try and straighten out what happened. I will not be back!

Pre-ordered three hard shell tacos. Received three broken up tacos shells which basically makes it a bowl with tortilla wraps since the shells were soggy. The workers who were doing the takeout orders were completely unprofessional and acting as if it was a kindergarten project. One of the workers who were handling the food at the front had her hair completely down. Which can be a risk hair strands getting into customer’s food. This location was decent once before. Now, the guarantee of quality orders has lessen.

I get the chicken bowl with guac most of the time and chicken is always fresh. The St Cloud location is always clean and they serve the food fast!
