Looks nice so far. Pool and pickle ballcourts. They even have water per gallon, cheaper than going to the store.

Highly recommend this park. This a large resort less than 5 miles from the beach. This park is well maintained and all the rigs in the park are in good condition. Everyone who works here has been helpful and friendly. My mother is also staying here at the park in her 5th wheel and the ladies in the office were very helpful in making sure she had a site close to me. This park has a lot of aminities. There are several laundry rooms, restrooms and showers throughout the park. There is ping pong and pool tables. Lots of outside activities like tennis and 2 heated swimming pools. The facilities are all very clean and well maintained. The sites are level concrete pads. The park is paved and the sites come with a grassy area and a picnic table. Some sites are roomier than others. There is a railroad behind the park but it is not loud. A few times throughout the day and overnight you hear the horn but you get used to it quickly. The location of this park is awesome. You are only 4.7 miles to Wabasso Beach. There are several restaurants in the area and Pubilx is within walking distance.

We have been on site January-February 2022. The office staff is friendly, professional and always helpful. The bathrooms/showers are ALWAYS clean. The laundry facilities are very clean. The grounds are well maintained and free of liter. Our site is on a concrete pad. The campers are not jammed in up against one another. I had adequate room to back in and set up. Lots of activities for those inclined to want to meet people and interact. The pools are nice sized and well maintained. A beach on the Atlantic is only a few miles away and it is a great beach. We hope we can book with them next year.

No this is not a thousand trails campground this is a trailer community for over 55 this is not a campground
They have 1 it's a very small single wide 1 bedroom about 28 ft long but its booked for the next few years and forget about wi fi 10 dollers a day and only 2 bars use your phone hot spot its whit I have to do
Well if anyone knows anybody with a rental from owner i can pay 1000 to 1200 a month and can fix alot of things and do yard and tree work everyday
