Yes, they allow fishing. They even have a few fishing rods inside and available (not sure if there's a fee) while the building is open.

Thanks for your question. There is not a pool at this location. The Park Ridge Park District’s indoor pool is located at the Centennial Fitness Center and swim lessons are offered there.
