Howard train station never has the correct times the trains are coming. The times on the screen are alway wrong. The people in the help desk never want to help or are never in there. Trains just sit at Howard the train conductors come and depart the trains late. The works now as less as you, you ask them is the train delayed they will say I don’t know. No one knows when the trains are supposed to come in or leave. The linden purple line was supposed to come in 5 minutes why did it take 20 minutes for it to pull in the station?

How in God's name does it take over an hour for one yellow line train. Time kept changing from less than 1 minute, to 10 minutes. Maybe make an announcement so people can plan accordingly. So unreliable cannot be used for daily commuting.

PROMOTE THIS DRIVER. Woman train driver, departing southbound red line from Howard 11/13/18 at 4:36pm. She gave a fabulous and friendly speech upon us pulling out of the Howard stop and made me feel like I was a guest on her train in like a “she’s having everyone over for tea” kind of way. It was the best train ride ever and I want her on every train. We need more positivity like that on CTA every day. Please promote her, or actually better yet, just pay her way more and keep her as a driver because she’s the best in the got-dang business. Thanks!
