The company I work for uses Kimmel for our uniform cleaning service. They have always been on time, professional, and organized when it comes to billing. The reason I decided to finally write a review was a few weeks ago I left my debit card in my shirt pocket. I cancelled the card the next day and figured I would never see it again. Low and behold, when Kimmel dropped off our uniforms the following week they returned my debit card and even put it on my desk! I couldn't believe it!

alterations were good as usual but the checkout lady was the worst!

They sent me dress pants that were not mine with a polo outfit I had dry cleaned and lost the polo jeans with the outfit I had dry cleaned

Yes, Kimmel's do all kinds of repairs and alterations ....they do Carhart jacket zippers with no problems...just take it into any Kimmel store
