14 shelters exist one night each then moved to another place for a second night.Generally women with children are different than men only.The women provide hmeschooled education for each other but school attendance is not regular nor is the training by a certified teacher.

You would have to contact the facility. They only accept certain items as far as I know.

The residents pay rent which is determined based on their income. The remainder is paid by the Cook County Housing Authority. It’s basically public housing. I don’t understand the second part of your question.
