Stood at fabric cutting counter patiently awaiting help. No one came, one employee saw me, went back to restocking items. Another woman had bolts of fabric, asked about service. Bought my other things left fabric as they seem short staffed. Register folks were friendly. They just need more help perhaps? Went next door to Walmart and got fabric.

I like Joann. This location, And come to think of it any location has been peopled with quite nice employees,,usually with varied hobby talent and experience that is useful and helpful. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS location has barely enough room in the aisles & with the display kiosks/carts that they put in the center main aisle, there's not enough room to make a turn without banging the cart at 1 end or the other or banging up the shelving or dragging a display cart along with you but at least the thing is small enough you can reach ahead of the basket and push these things out of the way.

They are allowing people in without masks, but the majority I've seen in there all wear them. They also have sanitizer at the entrance/exit.
They started carrying it but it sells out pretty quickly. It comes in 100% cotton as well as fleece.
