Only reason I choose 4 stars is because we pulled in, slept and left next morning. Called last min for availability and she had a spot for us. Did all the information over the phone so when we pulled up she showed us the spot and that was it. The park looks clean. Dirt roads, gravel sites, pretty level, pull through large spaces. Was quiet except for the freeway noise but it wasn't bad. We noticed there was covered and uncovered patio seating, some grass by a kid's play area, a dog washing station, a kids bounce pad and an old barn to look at. Will definitely stay again.

I would Never go back. The place is not paved or level. Gravel throughout. No real amenities, except the bouncy trampoline. That was good. We were told we had to walk to the road and leave our garage there to be picked up. Dog “park” poorLy maintained. Office staff can’t answer questions. You are told to “give her 20 minutes” to find out where the basketball is.”

Large pull through, fairly level gravel. Campground spacious. We made reservations for rt 66 camp ground on other side of Albuequerque, thanks to GPS we wound up at this one which was probably better as the other one was in the city by a casino. Didn't use showers. Highway just below us, but not loud enough to be bothersome. Away from city but close enough to make short drive for groceries etc. Plenty of room to walk the dogs.We stayed a couple of days, spent some time around Albuquerque would return again.

Great place to stay. Stopped here last minute after getting caught in terrible weather. Lois and the rest of the staff were awesome and accommodated a late checkout the following day to wait out the weather. Laundry and showers were both perfect. HUGE sites. Easy pull in, even after dark in a blizzard. We will definitely be back.

Now it is free. Used to be 2 or 3 dollars for 12 minutes.

Do I have to own my own unit to live there, or do you have units for rent? And if so for rentals, what do I need to do? I'm on disability, income guaranteed, but can't come up with deposit and rent! Can help?

You have to have your own unit. Right now there is a waiting list for monthly spots, so you should call the office and get put on the list.

Hello I was wondering if there is any area in the park we’re dispered camping is allowed

The park is set up primarily as an RV full hookup Campground. They do appear to have several undeveloped areas on the edges of the property. I would suggest calling and asking if they are willing to rent those.

The resident must go to the post office and either rent a PO Box, or tell anyone sending mail to them to send it General Delivery, Edgewood, NM and they can then retrieve it from the Post Office.
