Great place to stay. The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. What more can you ask for? I can’t say anything about the breakfast they served since I didn’t eat it. It did smell good though.

We stayed at the Tucumcari, NM Holiday Inn a few years earlier on a road trip west. So when we were on a road trip heading east. When we were in the area and needed a hotel this was the only hotel we would stay. The staff made check easy and they were great to work with. If I am ever in the area and need a place to stay. This is the only hotel I will use.

Had to over pay because everything was booked in the area. They only have 2 queens bed and I was traveling by myself. Said fine, whatever at least after a 700 mile drive that day I can get a good nights rest. Nope. The room looks clean as far as I can tell but it stunk like mold and wet carpet. The AC unit in the room is super loud. Everytime it kicks on I would awake during the night. Never staying in a Holiday Inn again.

I had to give one star to rate! Negative stars, the fancy electric shades are broken so you have to roll them up and stuff them in the track to open the curtains. Then I get ready for a shower and loaned behold the shower head is hanging in the shower! Is broken off! We went down after my wife held it up and spoke to the manager, by the way a very nice guy, Tim. And again believe it or not, maintenance knows about it. The manager gave me packing tape to attach it for now! How can a single even take a shower? He says he will give us a discount, anything less than a refund will be a rip off. Dang! The clincher it’s a handicap room! 😱🤯🤭
