Spent the weekend there for a baseball tournament. The most disgusting bathrooms ever. The men's room was teepee and the women's room had feces all over the walls. Apparently, the city of carrolton was called however the maintenance dept never answered. The fields are terrible no concessions. Not sure why tournaments are continued at this terrible facility. Carrollton you gotta do better.

The grass is impeccable. It’s so wonderful I slipped on it and broke my arm but the fall and laying in the grass was soooo comfortable.

I would think one is allowed to smoke 🚬 outside its a free country...but being a litter bug is found upon. And just make sure it's out no one want to be the really uncool goober who accidently started a fire issue. As a side note to this type of things alcohol is not permitted there is a sign posted. Although containers like a medium sized jug or cup of some kind that one carrys there soda or water in is allowed.
Yes. There is a small lake/pond where I have seen others using rc boats.

There's a new one just a mile or so to the northeast on George Bush at Bush and McCoy. A Marriott. Highly recommend that over anything you might find up and down 35.
