Very quaint venue! We visited to hear Vandell Andrew, and we truly enjoyed the show. Venue is cute and quaint, nice setup. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The band sounds were great, most definitely a vibe! Easy self parking, comfortable cool temperature in this TX heat, and pretty comfortable seats too. Bar was average event pricing, and well made. There was no food menu offered so will want to plan ahead there. We will definitely return to see more of our favorite artists perform.

Bathroom toilets always clog, sewer smell throughout the whole building occasionally, front row parking is impossible in a sedan or anything with low clearance, not enough parking in general, different company offices share climate so if your neighbor and you are hot/cold they always get messed with.

It was two years ago that I attended, but they have it every year.
They have Conner bands, Urban Gypsy is really good. But I'm not sure about open mic.
There is a large parking lot on the side and the back of the theater
