Nancy answered the phone on memorial day (I honestly forgot what day it was). She set up the move for the next day, they showed up to get the table on time (there was a time window) and was at my house way earlier than expected. The movers were total pro's set it up fast answered any questions I had and did a great job. Well worth the money for the move and new felt.

Outstanding! Called on a Thursday to get a 9' Brunswick antique table assembled and had an appointment that Saturday! Crew arrived promptly at 1000 and stayed 3 1/2 hours to complete the project. Table was perfectly assembled, leveled and each piece carefully fitted into proper configuration. I highly recommend Dallas Pool table as a top notch assembly company at a great price - the best around town!

We had Dallas Pool Table move a pool table to our house and it was damaged upon install. This pool table has been moved twice by Dallas Pool Table, all within our family. We were told that all moving damage is documented prior to a move and that they are insured. No damage was documented after the first relocation of this pool table. After the second and most recent relocation, we noticed significant damage after drilling. I took a picture of this and had called this company’s manager and showed her the picture. I told her that after this move, their guys had damaged our pool table because there was no history of damage occurring after the initial move. She asked the movers about this and they took no responsibility. Nancy, the manager, did nothing to make this situation better and even began arguing with us. This company has accepted zero responsibility for this damage and has even stated that the damage that was done didn’t affect the performance of the table! That was their statement! Any damage should be considered significant! I also asked if her company was part of the BBB and she discourteously shouted for me to find out myself. Do NOT use this company if you want to do business with an ethical and moral company!!!!! They lack the sensitivity, ethicality, and professionalism that a paying customer expects. To put this in perspective: 1. We paid $375 for this relocation 2. Now have a damaged pool table 3. And have not been compensated for a broken pool table...all while this company is insured. Disclaimer: zero stars was not an option.

If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely go that route! DO NOT trust them with your pool table!!!! They damaged our pool table when they moved it and did not assume responsibility for this. I called Nancy to have this rectified and she was very argumentative and did not even apologize, much less take accountability for this. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience!!!!
