I came to the beach and I loved it , it looked clean and it was a great experience but I do have a question , is the pool open to the public or do we have to live there in order to go into the pool ?

Yes
You have to park on the street (beachside). The parking lot is for Viridian Residents only as they need to park there to use their private amenities. There are signs up by their pool and tennis courts that say “Viridian Resident Parking Only”. Hope this helps!
No- there is a sign-no grilling is allowed.
