Great seats. Poor service at snack bar. No ice, out of straws and many soda flavors.. Prepaid for popcorn/snacks/drinks on an app with tickets. They had no idea how it was supposed to work. They need staff. Do they even check for movie tickets? Update. I went a second time. Service was marginally improved, but they weren't as busy. I did discover that the movie seats have 'chilled' cup holders, which was a bonus.

Love this place. Great service, my favorite pinball game (Funhouse) and fantastic chicken strips and fries. Sometimes I take my kids just for the food. If you happen to *also* go to a movie they have very comfortable lounge chairs and deliver your food to you in the theater.

Nice CLEAN theatre. Nice and comfy recliner seats.. Monday throwback movies are a cool and fun idea to switch it up or see something from the past you may not have seen in the theatre. Everything appeared to be well stocked and Fresh foodwise. My 1st visit here is making me re-evaluate our Stubs membership... Its obvious they take pride in their theatre which is very refreshing.

Favorite theater. Never over crowded. Good popcorn. They have the million soda dispenser. Reclining seats are very comfortable. Volume is not ridiculously loud. Room temperature in the theater is very comfortable.

Emagine Willow Creek is nearly always open from 9-10am to 10-10:30pm year round. They do close early on occasion but not very often

They do. Possible there was a sound issue, but never ran into it before.
The theatre is already open and showing movies. I saw Jurassic Park last night.
