Mandir is usually open from 9am to noon and again from 5.30pm to 8pm. On Saturdays and Sundays it is from 9.30am till 6pm. Sometimes on Saturdays, they open at 8.45am. Prasadam, in a very small quantity, like a fruit or a few cashews are given that's all. They don't have kitchen.

Prasad is Generally few dry fruits and charanamrit. On special occasions food is served which is generally mixed variety from spicy to non spicy.
