Not that good they scammed us on " free " water and charged 75 bucks per kid which was for the " free " water and had no cable and the wifi was horrible but had great neighbors some friendly staff but it wasn't worth 795 a month I'd go back if they weren't so expensive there are other camp grounds with more amenities that are cheaper a little further away but cheaper

We had stayed for 3+ months @ this lovely park while house hunting last August-November. Super clean & well maintained. ALL people working there so friendly & helpful. Everyone has a great positive attitude. Only negative is alot of noise from traffic on HWY 20. Pool, hot tub, laundry facilities are top notch & kept clean every day. Recommended it to a friend visiting us @ our new home in Granbury. She LOVED it as well & will be staying there for 6 months!

Wonderful park but the price has been pushed to the absolute limits. The park has changed ownership a few times each time rates increase and the sense of community decreases. Lots of long time residents have moved on, not sure it's worth double the going rate but it's still a very nice property.

Lady in the front was very nice. Showers are much better than most Rv parks and the tv/pool room was super nice. Would definitely stay again when in the area
