We just purchased a 2022 XT6. Working with Connor Page was great. Connor responded to my online conversation within minutes. He was transparent about the availability of the vehicle I wanted. He took all of my information along with pictures and information on my trade in. He explained that without truly seeing my trade in he couldn't give me exactly how much we could get. He promised if it was as good as we said he would get more for the trade and he promised that as soon as the vehicle came in it would be mine. He did all of that. He called when the car arrived, he gave me more for my trade in because the car was as nice as I said it was, and he held the vehicle for me!!!!!! NO GAMES, NO HASSLING, NO BROKEN PROMISES! If you want to buy a Cadillac, he is one to work with. We drove a little over an hour from Denton to make the deal! The rest of the transaction was just as seamless! Thank you everyone and we will recommend you to all!

This dealership will not honor their deals. Told me an Escalade was ready to come pick up. Then, AFTER the fact, they tell me they will not sell me the car without a trade. This was never discussed previously. I tried contacting the GM, the sales manager, and my salesman. No one would resolve the issue. Now, I cannot give my wife the Escalade for Christmas as planned.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh Miller, virtually, a few weeks ago via phone when looking at purchasing an Escalade. Josh and I went back and forth on options and he was able to find me one that was on order and we were able to put my name on the vehicle. More importantly, what resonated with me, was the amount of effort and time that Josh put helping me with the vehicle not knowing if he had the sale or not. He was consistently communicating with me and also made sure that the options i selected were consistent with what i wanted in a vehicle vs just trying to upsell me on unnecessary features. Josh also made sure that i understood some of the supply constraints ensuring that a vehicle i selected or wanted to order would not be in production indefinitely. Once we were able to lock down the configuration, he went above and beyond to see if there were any vehicles matching the desired configuration and we were able to find one that was 99% accurate and put my name on the vehicle. He helped me through the entire process over the phone or via text understanding my busy schedule and not demanding that i come to the dealership to meet with him but more importantly worked with the process that was best for me and my schedule. The customer experience that Josh provided to me was far above and beyond any level of service i have received in the past purchasing a vehicle let alone any major purchase. Josh has been an excellent resource after the transaction keeping me updated and truly can say he has become more of a friend than a sales rep. We have shared some experiences over the past several weeks and the personal touch that he provided has made me feel confident that Jerrys Cadillac is the right choice for my current and future purchases. Josh is the reason I will be choosing whatever dealership he works at in the future. People buy from people and Josh is an excellent example of what good looks like and more importantly what a true relationship sales rep should strive to be with customers. Kudos to you and your leadership for instilling such good principles and skills in your team. I can see that the level of customer experience comes from the top down and you should be proud of your leadership and also Josh! I hope that Josh gets significant recognition for this note and his efforts. He is a great guy and a great representative of Jerrys Cadillac.

Stephanie White - Hurd, Bob Cote, Robert Leet and Diana Ortiz made our car buying experience the best! Stephanie was very hands on and showed us every vehicle we wanted to look at! Bob was so wonderful about explaining the different buying and leasing options! Robert made the financing process so easy and Diana made sure we were all set and ready to go with our new car and knew all about the bells and whistles!! Couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better car buying experience!

I was in the showroom last Friday. They had a CTS with 5000 miles on it and they were asking around $45,000. The rest were SUV's which I have no interest in so didn't check them out. I have driven them as a loaner car and they are really nice! The best way to work on any deal is by going into the dealership
